Ok!! Last chapter I promise.... enough of the heavy stuff from me already!! Haha so here goes.....

The convo with the private town planner:

I also mentioned to him my thoughts on why Volde might be going so hard on us, we think he wants the building..... we know he's ex construction. Town planner dude said, well, that is THE NUMBER 1 tactic used in the industry to get a property! Said it is absolutely prolific and rife through the industry, and is KNOWN! People move in, make it so difficult and they start pushing the others out so developers can come in and get it cheaper cause of the nuisance made! Obviously, we do not know for sure and can not claim any of that as truth.

Unfortunately town planner dudes fee is something we don't even have close to, means we can't engage him. So!! I'm starting to do the application myself. I really want to get it done for our landlords too, so in the future they can have anyone come into the building and be able to lawfully be trading.

I'm not 100% on my new deadline, I think it's 2 weeks, so like 14 April.

I would like to ask of anyone might have any experience in something like this have any advice? Or some admin time to help me out, perhaps look at one or two of the usages for this application and help write it up. Would be something I'd forever be indebted to you for. I have a template of the codes that need to be addressed. Many hands, light work? Haha

I'm ready and willing to fight for it as long as I've got the community with me and want me to continue to fight too. I've had people say to me they would absolutely understand if I had to walk away and yep, I've thought about it so many times. But... I just can't, my purpose here is to hold space for people to be themselves and have a safe environment to do so. Hold space for people to express themselves creatively and without attacking judgement. Hold space for people to grow and be nurtured so their inspiration and craft shines. Hold space for people to come together, share, enjoy and connect. Creation is the life force of our planet, we thrive on it.

So while yes this may be MY purpose, and I am asking for help for me to fulfil it, it is also for the wider community. And I'll keep saying it every single time, if you guys weren't so amazing and such incredible humans, I wouldn't WANT to do this.... you all make it so worth it....
